あれからコンタクトセンターに問い合わせしたところ、丁寧に色々試すことを教えてくれました。私はコントローラーのバージョンアップでBluetoothのコントローラーが再設定でき、また隙間時間に練習できるようになり、コンタクトセンターにはお世話になりました。
